Product Managers often find themselves at the center of the technology workplace. We see up close and personal the varying issues and concerns that our fellow employees have. These experiences do not need to be the norm. Join Jonathan Davey from Intellego to learn more about how we can positively influence and impact our workplace culture to benefit both ourselves and others. This 75-minute workshop will focus on how we define culture, how workplace trends are changing, and practical suggestions for all of us to bring back to the office.

Jonathan Davey is the Founder and CEO of Intellego, a workplace culture consulting firm that improves the health of organizations by establishing a strengths-based culture. He is dedicated to creating inclusive workplaces that allow people to bring their full authentic selves to work and do what they do best every day. And although he doesn’t claim to be “practically perfect in every way,'' his use and value of the growth mindset model helps him and his clients achieve greatness. When he's not flying from one workplace to the other, Jonathan enjoys attending community events, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
